Analytics Manager, Cigna – In addition to managing an analytics team at Cigna, Erik specializes in data visualization. His diverse background encompasses a biochemistry education and a history of successful workforce management.

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, S&S Worldwide, Inc. – Vince has served as VP & CFO with this global leader in the distribution of School Supplies, Arts & Crafts Products and Sporting Goods since 2000. S&S is headquartered in Colchester, CT, with offices in Shanghai and Shenzhen, China.

Lorraine Consiglio, MBA
Assistant Director of Global Security, Cigna – As a member of the Cigna Global Security Team, Lorraine shares responsibility for the physical security of the Cigna population and company assets. In addition to engaging in executive protection, facility security surveys and business continuity planning, she designs and delivers security awareness education programs, influences security policy and practices, and investigates reports of criminal behavior in the Cigna workplace and community.

Amanda Aromatici, MFT
Marriage & Family Therapist – Amanda obtained her Masters of Family Therapy Degree from the pioneering program at Southern Connecticut State University—where she also became Assessment Certified. Amanda is currently the Primary Therapist at a mental health residential treatment center for adolescents. She has extensive experience working in both private and state clinical service programs with children and families.
Amanda approaches her work systemically, and is empathetic and creative in working with all aspects of an individual’s life. Her systemic thinking also gives her a comprehensive overview of AFLCT and its operations. — Read more
Christine G. Whitten
President, Business Image Counts – Christine and her firm assist businesses, government agencies, non-profits and associations with branding and performance improvement. In addition to her expertise in marketing, designing and conducting training programs, and helping organizations achieve their goals, she is currently serving an elected term as a Connecticut Justice of the Peace.
As an AFLCT Board Member, Christine brings particular acumen in such focus areas as development, marketing and public relations—having recently completed a public awareness campaign for our organization. – Read more

Education Management, Westover School, Middlebury, CT – Donna is a member of Westover’s management team, providing leadership and supervision of school policies, principles and goals.
