A Dance Flash Mob is a community “performance” with a spontaneous flair.  One short routine is learned and presented to the public in your own library or at an *agreed location.   Because the “audience” is not notified of the mob in advance, mobs are seen as a random act of kindness and the thrill of a lifetime for all involved!
